THE DECONSTRUCTED CHINO

SUM OF ITS PARTS

THE WHOLE IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF THE PARTS. -KURT KOFFKA

Deceptively basic, our chinos are a complex design and construction puzzle. Our classic style, the Light Twill Trouser is made up of the following:

26 Pattern Pieces

2 Yards of Fabric

2 Buttons / 2 Hook & Eye Trims

48 Operations / 7 Machines

10 People Assembling

7,000 approx. Stitches

Our skillful team executes each part with precision and expertise. In addition to the assembly and making of the trouser, other steps include labeling, pressing, garment dyeing, washing, quality checking, tagging, folding, packing and finally shipping.

As a mainstay SKU product, each season we expand upon our chino offerings and test out new fits, colors and fabrics. For Fall, we've included the Light Twill Trouser, our dependable Easy Fit styles and introduced a new style, the Commuter Chino.
